Charging Station - What is the reason for the low charging prompt power?
Everyone should be aware that smart charging sockets only provide power, without voltage or current limitation
The power level is determined by the charger and battery. If there is a prompt of low power, follow the following methods to solve it:
1. Ask the user to check if the charger, socket, and battery connections are securely plugged in, as it may be due to poor contact.
2. If it still doesn't work after being firmly plugged in, ask the user to replace it with another socket for charging. It cannot be ruled out that it is caused by equipment malfunction;
3. If it still doesn't work after replacing other sockets, it may be due to the user's charger or battery: water ingress into the charger, loose circuit faults, aging of components, and in some cases, it may also be due to battery issues caused by failure to power on.
4. After the electric bicycle battery is fully charged and connected to the charging station, the platform will remind you that the power is too low. Because after the battery is fully charged, the input power for recharging will decrease, and it will directly enter the float charging process. The power of the float charging is already very low, and the system detects that the power is below 30 watts, which is judged as too low.
